Intel to showcase Core i9-9900KS processor at Taipei event
Shortly before Computex 2019 starts, Intel shows a video on Twitter showing the Intel Core i9-9900KS processor.
Just a few hours before Computex 2019 begins, which will be inaugurated by AMD, Intel makes a move. Although today is the day of AMD and the presentation of the AMD Ryzen 3000, EPYC and possibly Navi, its competitor does not want to be left aside. Intel to try to stop the bleeding in the decline in the sale of processors, could introduce new processors. We do not know much, except that the company has published a video where an Intel Core i9-9900KS (Special Edition) appears
Intel could launch the Core i9-9900KS processor
A few moments ago we have published processor sales in April 2019, an amazing processor sale. We can see that in Spain the best-selling Intel processor is the Core i9-9900K with 8 cores and 16 threads. This processor, despite costing about € 480, approximately, has a market share of 25%. Which indicates that one of every four processors sold in our country by Intel, is a Core i9-9900K.
The company has revealed the specifications of this processor, which will be made official during Computex 2019. The company has only said that the 8 cores will work at a frequency of 5.0GHz. The tweet does not indicate anything else, so we will have to wait to find out more.
This Core i9-9900KS can surely be seen at the company's booth during the Taipei event that kicks off in a few hours. What interests us most is to know the performance of this processor, but also the temperatures and consumption. This processor, in its current version, has temperature problems and requires a powerful RL system to keep its temperature at low temperature. We assume that they will say during the event when this processor will be presented and maybe announce the price.
We're happy to preview the new # 9thGen Intel Core i9-9900KS. With 8 cores running at 5.0 GHz, the world's best gaming desktop processor just got better. #computex https://t.co/H62tfxk0gL pic.twitter.com/rqtBjCiSvc
