NVIDIA's GTX 1660 Ti is seen in an Ashes of the Singularity benchmark
Benchmark of the NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti in the Ashes of the Singularity, lets us see that it will be located in performance between the GTX 1060 and the GTX 1070.
Forecasts around the NVIDIA GeForce RTX and these have begun to fall in price. While this happens on the other hand, a GeForce GTX 1660Ti of unknown origin has begun to appear. We know little about this graph, but a benchmark has been seen under the Ashes of the Singularity. This particularly demanding game allows us to see how this graph performs in DirectX 11.
NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti under the Ashes of the Singularity
This new graphics card will feature 1536 CUDA Cores and GDDR5 memory in an unknown quantity. Its performance is positioned between the GTX 1060 6GB and the GTX 1070, so it is below the RTX 2060. It offers a score of 7.400 points in the AotS, which is 1.200 points more than the GTX 1060.
According to the high quality capture, the GTX 1660 Ti reaches 75.6 FPS in 1080p in high quality, beating the GTX 1070 that is around 70 FPS in the same conditions. The processor, it should be noted, that appears unknown, it only indicates that it is an Intel working at 2.1GHz, something that also distracts a lot.
We want to highlight that in theory this graph will use TU116 silicon trimmed to 1535 CUDA Cores. The RTX 2060 uses a superior silicon with 1920 CUDA Cores. But this seems that it can change according to a data that a source has given us today. It could be the case that it was not finally a Turing graph, but a Pascal graph. This would fit a bit more with this rather rare denomination and the fact that we do not yet have data from the RTX 2050 and RTX 2050 Ti.
The only way to confirm all this data and benchmarks is for NVIDIA to present or release this graph. This is something that seems close, but has no specific date.
