NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition delayed to September 27
The arrival of the NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition will be delayed a bit, going from September 20 to September 27.
There is very little left before the new NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti graphics cards are theoretically released, because the availability of the Founders Edition models will take a week to reach the market. Although they initially had to hit the market on September 20, they will finally go on sale on September 2, somewhat later than expected.
It seems that the arrival on the market of the NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti is delayed a few days.
Additionally, we have learned that the RTX 2080 Ti will arrive in two models, the first model will carry the Turing TU102-300 for models with simpler heatsinks and the second model will carry the Turing TU102-300A that has been developed for the more advanced models that will allow better overclocking with a tighter consumption with a positive impact on temperature.
'Hello everyone, I wanted to inform you about the availability of the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. General availability has changed to September 27, with a delay of one week. We expect pre-orders to arrive between September 20-27. There are no changes to the general availability of GeForce RTX 2080, which is September 20. We can't wait for you to enjoy the new GeForce RTX family! Thank you for your patience.'
Some may receive the RTX 2080 Ti on time as long as it is not the Founders Edition models as it could be delayed for a few days. The reasons for this delay have not been specified because it is assumed that they have all been packed and ready for a few weeks. We will see if the company gives data on the delay of the RTX 2080 Ti, although the RTX 2080 should not suffer any delay.
