Firstly, the Threadripper 2970WX is a high-end processor for advanced users based on Zen + cores that has 24 cores and 48 processing threads. This processor will work at 3.0GHz and will arrive in Boost mode at 4.2GHz with 64MB of L3 cache and 12MB of L2 cache. It will have a TDP of 250W and the price in Europe will be approximately € 1.350.

We go with the Threadripper 2920X, which is the company's most 'simple' model that will have 12 cores and 24 processing threads with a base frequency of 3.5GHz that can reach 4.3Ghz thanks to the Boost mode, also having 64MB of L3 cache and in this case the L2 cache is only 6MB. This processor will have a TDP of 180W and the estimated price for Europe will be about € 700.
