Specifically, on November 5, a fire broke out at the company's facilities in the city of Kunshan, China.
The facility that has suffered the problem is primarily a PCB factory, Bloomberg reports. Here, laptop boards, motherboards, graphics cards, server components and vehicle electronics would be manufactured. We do not know how this will end up affecting the company, which could see its component production capacity reduced.

Currently there is no data regarding the severity of this fire, so it is not known how it will affect the company's production capacity. The segment that could be most affected by MSI is that of graphics cards. Without the fire, the amount of silicon-based graphics from AMD and NVIDIA was in really limited stock.
MSI indicates that no one was injured in the fire, something we are very happy about. They have also highlighted that the production line “has not been affected.” The video posted on Reddit does not seem to say the same thing, since the factory is not seen, only smoke is seen.
The firefighters appear to have arrived quickly and managed to control the fire without much trouble. MSI indicates that after the fire was extinguished, mass production could be resumed without problems. Fortunately it seems that everything has been in a great scare and that they will return to produce normally. We are glad that it was nothing more than a great scare.
