Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 chromax.black for the new AMD Ryzen
After many years, Noctua is adapting to the times by launching some interesting products. For years, they released simple CPU coolers with their typical, rather unattractive light brown fans. The company has just announced the NH-L9a-AM4 chromax.black . This cooler is characterized by its all-black, low-profile design and black fan. Furthermore, this cooler is designed exclusively for Ryzen processors.
Faced with the great demand from users of the most attractive heatsinks, the company has taken the glove. We have the black heatsinks, the colored rubber corners and now the heatsinks also in black. They continue, luckily, without launching heatsinks full of RGB LEDs, something that we certainly appreciate.

This heatsink is characterized by having a height of 37mm, thinking without a doubt for Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX systems. In addition, this system offers us full compatibility with RAM memory modules.
The aluminum fins of this heatsink are connected by two 6mm thick copper heatpipes. To improve heat dissipation, the NF-A9x14 HS-PWM fan has been installed. This fan can operate between 600RPM and 2000RPM, to offer a maximum static pressure of 2.11mmH20 and a loudness of 23.6dBA. Finally note that the fan has a life of 150.000 hours.
For installation, the Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 chromax.black has the Black SecuFirm2 anchoring system. Inside the box we find the Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste, an LNA adapter and it will hit the market for 49.90 euros.
