NVIDIA would also be interested in buying ARM shares
It appears that Softbank, due to a series of bad decisions, would be interested in selling its shares in ARM. The ARM company is specialized in the design of chips for smartphones and mobile systems. It is currently expanding into the laptop, desktop and server market. Samsung and Apple would be interested in the operation, to which NVIDIA is added.
NVIDIA appears to be interested in taking over Softbank's stakes in ARM. The operation would involve a disbursement of close to 32.000 million dollars. NVDIIA currently has ARM licenses and would be a great acquisition to expand its portfolio, after acquiring Mellanox. The company's idea is to expand its presence in the Data Center segment and acquiring ARM's stakes would give it a great boost.

It should be noted that at the moment there is no official confirmation on the possible sale of the ARM shares. It all comes after Son Masayoshi, the richest man in Japan, has suffered a loss of 5.722 million dollars. Softbank would have made a series of bad investments and the idea would be to recoup the losses with the sale of the ARM shares.
Currently the bidding would be between Apple, Samsung and NVIDIA that we know of. It cannot be ruled out that there are interested third parties, such as Intel or AMD, for example. Other major players in the industry would not be ruled out as well, although there are not many who can disburse 32.000 billion dollars
