NVIDIA expects to bill more than 5.000 billion dollars this quarter

NVIDIA expects to invoice in this first quarter of the year more than 5.000 million dollars, which represents a brutal increase in income

The shortage of graphics cards in the market is notable and that strongly impacts prices. We just have to see the prices of second-hand charts, which have skyrocketed. Well, in this troubled river, the one who is getting the most benefit is NVIDIA. As indicated by NVIDIA, they expect to invoice in this first quarter of the year more than 5.000 billion dollars.

NVIDIA estimates billing above $ 5.000 billion this quarter

Currently buying a new graphics card is more difficult than winning the lottery or being hit by a meteorite. It is practically impossible to find new graphics cards on the market today. The stores receive them drop-wise and the second-hand market is completely inaccessible. GTX 1060 6GB graphics are sold for 200 euros or even more expensive.

The company has reported fiscal 2021 revenue of $ 16.600 billion. We are talking about a huge figure that this year could be far exceeded due to forecasts.

We must bear in mind that NVIDIA is in the process of acquiring ARM for 40.000 million dollars. Currently NVIDIA has not yet had to make payments on this, but if the acquisition is approved by the competent bodies, it could start to pay this year.

This amount of 5.000 million dollars would be 61% more than last year. Which in turn indicates a net profit of $ 1.457 million.

Collet Kress, NVIDA's chief financial officer, indicates that mining could come in between $ 100-300 million. They are much less than the 2.500 million dollars estimated for this same period from the sale of gaming hardware.

We suspect that the significant Ethereum hash rate increase observed in recent months is due to a combination of previously installed mining capacity being reactivated, as well as new GPU and ASIC sales.
