It seems that both AMD and NVIDIA want to go after the market of lagging users who are looking for an entry-level graphics card at a good price. The candidate would be a possible NVIDIA GTX 1630, which would be very affordable, but less powerful than the 1650.

The report highlights how AMD, which brought its Radeon RX 6500 XT and RX 6400 cards to market in a similar period of time, has recently drawn attention to Nvidia's offerings in the low-end GPU segment. Just yesterday, AMD published a chart looking at how its own Radeon 6000 series GPUs offer higher performance per dollar compared to Nvidia's RTX 30. The GTX 1650 and GTX 1050 Ti were singled out to show how they underperform when pitted against the RX 6500 XT and RX 6400.
The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1630 would replace the GTX 1050 Ti. You could expect a price below $190, to enter that coveted price range below $200. There are no specifications, but due to its nomenclature and price, could be a TU117 (Turing) model with a power requirement less than 75 watts, plus upgraded GDDR6 memory. It is clear that it will not be a card that they promote a lot or give it hype beyond putting it on sale at low prices for that range of users. The safest thing is that being so little powerful, it will not fall into the hands of crypto miners, but it remains to be seen if it is also monopolized by speculators.
