NVIDIA's quick response to the recent announcement of the Tesla Autopilot Hardware 3.0, reminded that Drive AGX Pegasus offers 320 TOPS.
Very recently the new Autopilot Hardware 3.0 was presented by Tesla. This new system has been developed for Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning in autonomous vehicles. Tesla has said that this system is seven times more powerful than the competition, although NVIDIA does not believe the same. According to Tesla, this new system offers 144 TOPS of power for autonomous driving. The system they are being compared to is the NVIDIA Drive Xavier from 21TOPS. Yes, there is a difference of seven times, but with nuances.
NVIDIA responds to Tesla
