They find the Intel Arc A770M in a Clevo laptop

The launch of Intel's first graphics cards, the Arc Alchemist, has been very complicated. Theoretically, the entry-level laptop range has been released , but only in a few laptops in South Korea and the browser, meaning we haven't had the opportunity to test them in the Americas or Europe. The mid-range is on its way, but it's experiencing delays and hasn't been showcased much. It's possible that Intel has encountered production problems stemming from component shortages. Intel's high-end laptop graphics card, the A770M, is found in a high-end gaming laptop recently announced by Clevo, paired with an Intel Alder Lake mobile CPU.

Clevo is a manufacturer of laptops for other brands to customize and then sell under their own brands such as Eurocom and XMG using Clevo designs. Said manufacturer has just revealed the Clevo X270 on YouTube, hardware leaker HXL has discovered on Twitter; and the laptop has the flagship of the Intel Arc Alchemist series integrated.

Intel's flagship Arc Alchemist is seen on a laptop

The Clevo X270 comes with an Arc Alchemist A770M, the flagship of Intel's new mobile GPUs, along with an Alder Lake H-series processor. temperatures are favourable. There are also a series of copper heat pipes - seven - to facilitate better cooling of the internals (there are also a couple of fans).

Not much else has been revealed about the specs, apart from the fact that the gaming laptop has a 17,3-inch Mini-LED display and that the port array includes a pair of Thunderbolt 4 connectors.

Apart from the additional features of this laptop, the remarkable thing is that the first Intel Arc A770M has been made available to manufacturers. Of course, they are not the desktop models that many expect, but it is a sign that the manufacture of graphics is reaching manufacturers and distributors, so it should not be surprising that in the very near future we see an official announcement from Intel with the date and specific characteristics of this shipment of desktop graphics that were scheduled to be released in June.
