According to the MyDrivers media these new processors will arrive at the end of 2020. These new processors from AMD will be based on Zen3 @ 7nm + and should offer 15% more IPC compared to Zen2 @ 7nm. Obviously these new processors will come with a new chipset.

Perhaps the most interesting thing is that a redesign of the central architecture was carried out.
