Filtered possible production documents of the NVIDIA RTX 4090

The Nvidia RTX 4000 series, based on the Ada Lovelace architecture, looks like a considerable improvement over the Ampere range, especially because of the power factor that they will bring with them. For now, NINVIDA has said absolutely nothing, nor has it insinuated anything about them, but it is expected that according to recent rumors, it will be released very soon.

Has recently appeared a new document of the graphic production line, discovered by leaker harukaze on Chinese portal Baidu. This document seems to hint that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU is already in production, so its release may be relatively imminent.

The RTX 4090 would already be in the factories

The leak indicates that Nvidia has already started production of the Ada Lovelace graphics cards. It was already known that Nvidia had ordered a large number of chips through TSMC, as a result of anticipated demands.

A September release from Ada Lovelace has long been rumored. NVIDIA could have started the production of these graphics cards for review samples to hardware manufacturers and specialized media. This is that independent benchmarking analysts often receive products well in advance of launch to ensure that content is ready as soon as the embargo is lifted, which is common in all communication sectors.

Additionally, Nvidia has also restarted production of the RTX 3080 12GB graphics cards. It is likely that this was done to clear stock before next generation release. With this, the new schedule coming from this production leak seems to hint that next-gen products are coming very soon.

The Twitter user also appears to confirm that the RTX 4090 will ship with 24GB of VRAM, just like its predecessor the RTX 3090. Ada Lovelace being in pre-production could mean GeForce RTX 4000 GPUs are almost ready for release. . Although a September release is expected, Nvidia could opt for October to ensure that the older Ampere cards are sold out before the Ada Lovelace release, given that one of their problems now is that they could end up releasing the RTX 4000 with the 3000 being the a more affordable option.
