Microsoft presented at the beginning of this month a very interesting project, Project xCloud, a project that many will like because they play Xbox games from your mobile or tablet.

Project xCloud is all about offering gamers, whether console or PC, new options as to where and when they play, while giving mobile-only gamers the experience they could never have imagined, playing games they need. more requirements than a mobile can give you. All this thanks to servers that carry several Xbox One motherboards.

To do this, they must make it easier for developers to bring their content to Project xCloud of the more than 3.000 games that are currently available for Xbox One and those that are in development, which are many, the next games will come with the corresponding technology in order to be available on the aforementioned platforms. The public tests will begin in 2019 so that you can see the main locations which these servers are going to place to know in which countries more people will play in the world.

Microsoft has enabled compatibility with existing and future Xbox games by building custom hardware for data servers that can be used, as I have said before, these servers will carry various components from various Xbox One consoles, as well as the associated infrastructure that supports it. In a few months these custom blades will be scaled in data centers in Azure regions.

Microsoft developers are trying to combat latency in this service thanks to the fact that Project xCloud used 4G and it will be able to scale dynamically in 5G, right now they are doing tests at 10MegaByte / Second, hopefully this project reaches quite high, since we it would come in handy to play from anywhere.
