The SATA 3.0 interface allows doubling the transfer rate of the SATA bus from 3Gb / s of SATA 2.0 to 6Gb / s of SATA 3.0, which is supposed to improve the performance of the console somewhat, that is, as long as it mounts a drive unit. hard disk capable of passing the 3Gb / s of the SATA 2.0 port to be able to take advantage of the SATA 3.0. Sony, who recently announced the PS4 Pro, placed a lot of emphasis on the quality of the games in 4K, that the console would have more FPS and that they would stabilize the Frame rate that on the PS4 was very variable.
