This new BIOS offers us a performance optimization to improve the user experience. Although the new microcode was announced a few weeks ago, adaptation always takes time, as you always have to make adjustments.

Theoretically the new AGESA 1.0.0.4B microcode should correct the frequency of Ryzen processors. Although AMD released a patch, which corrected it, there were still some adjustments to be made. In addition, this new BIOS offers improvements regarding system startup. These are some of the improvements offered by this new microcode.
