The hardware market is largely driven by rumors, which are often confirmed over time. For several weeks now, rumors have been circulating about the release of an RTX 2080 Ti Super , although NVIDIA denied it months ago. Well, they didn't exactly deny it; they said it wasn't currently in their plans, which may have changed. Now, more rumors about this graphics card are surfacing.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20 Series are characterized by being gaming graphics cards with support for Ray Tracing. These graphs are based on the Turing architecture and have RT Cores and Tensor Cores. RT Cores are used for ray tracing effects and Tensor Cores to alleviate performance loss caused by Ray Tracing.

Something interesting is that NVIDIA instead of launching a new range of graphics, has simply put a tagline. In the past we have seen how a rehash of an architecture supposed a new product range name. It seems that NVIDIA has been more pragmatic and has put 'Super' to its graphics and work.
According to the leak the new chart will be based on full-type TU102 silicon. This translates to a total of 4 CUDA Cores, 608 Tensor Cores, 576 RT Cores, 72 Textures Units, and 288 ROPS.
We currently have the RTX 2080 Ti that works at a base frequency of 1350MHz and in Boost mode it reaches 1 635MHz. The RTX 2080 Ti Super would work at frequencies higher than those in this graph. Some frequencies that could be close to those of the TITAN RTX. This graph operates at 1 350MHz and in Boost mode it can reach 1 770MHz. Rumors suggest that this new graphics will arrive with 16GB GDDR6 at an unspecified frequency.
