Ryzen 7 3750X: AMD talks about this processor in a document, intended for the OEM market?

AMD document refers to the Ryzen 7 3750X 8-core and 16-thread processor, which may only arrive for the OEM market.

A few days ago, the Ryzen 5 3500 and Ryzen 5 3500X, a 6-core and 6-thread processor were announced for the OEM market. For weeks there was talk about these processors. There's even a processor benchmark AMD beating the Core i5-9400F. Now a new variant has been unveiled, the Ryzen 7 3750X thanks to an internal company document.

It should be noted that TSMC would currently have more demand than 7nm production capacity. Ryzen's sales are better than expected, Navi are selling well, and Apple demands its chips for iPhones. This would cause delays of up to six months in orders, hence the delay in the Ryzen 9 3950X and Threadripper.

AMD internal document talks about the Ryzen 7 3750X

Currently AMD offers us the Ryzen 7 3700X and Ryzen 7 3800X with 8 cores and 16 threads. The difference between these two processors is the TDP and the frequency, with minimal differences in the latter case. The Ryzen 7 3700X costs approximately € 360, while the Ryzen 7 3800X costs approximately € 435. Leave very little margin.

What we know about the R7 3750X is that it will have 8 cores and 16 threads with a TDP of 105W. On frequencies, the R7 3700X reaches 4.4GHz in Boost and the R7 3800X reaches 4.5GHz in Boost. By frequency it has no space.

There are several possibilities for this processor. The first is that it is intended solely for the OEM market. The second that they are faulty Ryzen 9 processors and adapt to this processor. Finally, it is a new silicon to offer an intermediate between the two Ryzen 7. The latter seems the least logical option and we opted for it to be a processor for the OEM market.
