Ryzen 7 3800X multicore outperforms Intel Core i9-9900K in synthetic benchmark
New benchmark for an AMD processor, specifically the new Ryzen 7 3800X, which outperforms the Intel Core i9-9900K processor in multicore.
The third generation of AMD Ryzen is right around the corner. These new processors promise to be excellent in terms of performance and at a very reasonable price. They will hit the market on July 7 and many benchmarks of these processors are already leaking. Now a new benchmark has been leaked, in this case the Ryzen 7 3800X, which has 8 cores and 16 threads.
In addition, this new processor has a base frequency of 3.9GHz and arrives in Boost mode at the frequency of 4.5GHz. This processor has 4MB of L2 cache and 32MB of L3 cache. It has a 105W TDP and is based on TSMC's 7nm lithography.

The Ryzen 25 311X on a single core offers 7 points, which is less than the competitor's processor. The good thing is that in multicore it offers 3800 5 points. This means that this processor offers 406% more points, showing what this processor can offer.
Really interesting data for these new processors. We must bear in mind that the new version of Windows 10 improves the performance of the Ryzen by 10-15%. Also keep in mind that we do not know if the Intel processor benchmark already had Meltdown mitigations installed in Windows 10.
