Filtered in slides the first models of AMD Ryzen 7000 of 2023
AMD has just launched the first Ryzen 7000 models with Zen 4 cores on the market, so they already compete with Intel's 13th generation by having hardware compatibility with PCie Gen 5 and with memory in DDR5 format at the beginning of the AM5 platform. Yes, For now only the top of the range are available, since they are opting for a staggered release of the Ryzen 7000 series that would continue in 2023.
That means new Ryzen 7000 series are about to be announced and shipped. Sooo possibly we'll see them at CES 2023 early next year. In a recent presentation, slides would have been leaked with the AMD Ryzen 7000 models that would arrive on the market in a few weeks, in early 2023.
This would be the first Ryzen 7000 that would arrive in 2023
The slides shared by the VideoCardz portal and which would confirm the first AMD Ryzen 7000 models in 2023, include a table detailing the specifications of these models. These models would be the Ryzen 5 7600, the Ryzen 7 7700 and the Ryzen 9 7900. All these chips are based on the Zen 4 architecture, which support PCIe 5.0 connectivity and DDR5 memory. In addition, the three chips would have integrated Radeon graphics and a TDP of 65 W.
The Ryzen 5 7600 features six cores, 12 threads, 38MB cache, and a 5,1GHz boost clock. Of the three non-X Ryzen 7000 processors, this is the only one with the AMD Wraith CPU cooler. As for the Ryzen 7 7700, it is an 8C/16T processor with a 5,3 GHz boost clock and 40 MB cache. Instead of the standard Wraith cooler that comes with the Ryzen 5 7600, it comes with the Prism variant with an RGB fan and larger heatsink. Lastly, there is the Ryzen 9 7900 12C/24T with 76 MB cache and a 5,4 GHz boost clock. It also includes a Wraith Prism CPU cooler.
Assuming these slides are legitimate, the Ryzen 5 7600 will launch for $229, the Ryzen 7 7700 at $329, and the Ryzen 9 7900 at $429. We know that AMD will be holding a keynote at CES 2022 in January, so we may see these AMD Ryzen 7000 processors officially announced then, with a home market launch very soon.
