Ryzen DRAM Calculator will not offer information on the Ryzen 9 3950X and Threadripper 3000 because AMD has not sent them to the creator of this tool
The creator of the Ryzen DRAM Calculator tool reports that he has not received and will not receive the Ryzen 9 3950X and Threadripper 3000.
Things are going very well for AMD, their processors are selling well above expectations. We also see how the Radeon RX 5700 Series are sold very easily. But something seems to be changing on the part of the company, an example would be the socket change. The Ryzen 9 3950X and the first of the Threadripper 3000 Series are expected to be released later this month.
Everything was going too well. The creator of the Ryzen DRAM Calculator tool, '1USMUS' has made a curious publication. You said on Twitter that AMD will not send you samples of the Ryzen 9 3950X and Threadripper 3000 processors. So this tool will not look at these newer processors from the company.
AMD will not send processors for the Ryzen DRAM Calculator tool
We know that Zen architecture processors are directly dependent on the RAM frequency. This is due to the Infinity Fabric, the interconnection system of the different CCX sets. Something that has caused them to malfunction countless times.
The reactions of the community have not been made waiting, since everyone has turned to '1USMUS'. Linus Tech has already offered to ship your processor to you when it becomes available.
Robert Hallock, AMD Marketing Director has been interviewed at PCWorld. During the interview you have been asked about the availability of the new processors. You have said that you cannot answer the question as it is not an area of your competence.
The problem with the Ryzen 9 3950X and the Threadripper 3960X and Threadripper 3970X seems to be more serious. Some media have not received a sample of these products and it is not known if they will receive it in time.
We do not know why AMD does not want to help a tool that is so useful to users. If it were a tool that attacked it, it could be logical, but it is rather the opposite, and above all, it helps users.
