These days SSDs are already priced and priced optimally and allow anyone to have access to them. These types of units improve operating system load times and games, among others. Now Toshiba has announced two new M.2 time SSD drives. The company announces the RD500 and RC500 units, which share the M.2 2280 format.

The two Toshiba drives they are also PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 1.3c and use 96-layer TLC BiCS Flash memory. The leap for these models to the PCIe 4.0 format is not made, because this new format has limited support. There are very few motherboards that support them and they make the price more expensive. The bet is clear, a solution of great capacity, good price and good performance.
