The next graphics card that has to reach the market by NVIDIA is the RTX 3090. From Vietnam comes the video of the exploded part of the Gigabyte RTX 3090 Eagle OC, a model that will not be top of the range. This Gigabyte graphic we can see that it shares a design with the RTX 3080 Gaming OC, with the same rather strange power design.
We can see that Gigabyte is still using the strange power design that we saw on the Gaming OC model. The PCB has two Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 power connectors from which a series of cables lead to a box with two 8 + 8-pin PCIe connectors. Interestingly, Gigabyte has not yet explained anything about this rare design.

This Gigabyte model is considered a mid-range solution within the RTX 3090 models. AORUS models are always the best models, with a very powerful heatsink, better VRM phases and good overclocking. This model is simpler and possibly has a silicon that supports a lower dose of overclocking.
Something that we can also see in this graph is a custom PCB and how the 24 VRAM memory chips are accommodated. We can see four GDDR6X chips on the right and left of the GPU. In addition, we see three 1GB GDDR6X chips on the top of the GPU and one more on the bottom, on each side of the PCB. Recall that until next year Micron will not have the 6GB GDDR2X memory ready per chip.
On the rest of the specifications of the Gigabyte RTX 3090 Eagle OC there is no data, not even the working frequencies have been revealed. What we can see is that the graphics has a 2.5 PCI slot design, maybe a little more. It has two 90mm fans at the ends and a central 80mm fan.
