A few days ago, there has been talk about the possibility of Intel incorporating AMD Vega graphics in its processors for embedded systems and laptops, something that seemed quite strange to us and we decided not to echo this information. Everything would be born before the supposed agreement between AMD and Intel or a possible license agreement for AMD's GPU technology. The problem is that the AMD Vega are highly inefficient and for laptops it would be a mistake, since it would shorten the battery life, when the opposite is always sought.

These rumors are based on a low quality image and that has served to launch the false rumor of an Intel processor for laptops with graphics based on AMD's Vega architecture, where you can read the terms 'mobile performance' and the term 'Vega Inside'. The image would be a recognition campaign for the company's workers, where the achievements of the company's staff are praised, with a general marketing strategy 'X Inside, Y Outside'.

The thing is that Vega does not refer to AMD, it is the name of one of the company's workers, who would be within the laptop division, therefore, the confusion of many has been significant. Thus, it is completely ruled out that Vega has anything to do with AMD's graphics architecture and we will not see Intel processors with graphics cores of this type. If they decided at some point to launch a product based on AMD licenses, we would not find out, since the expert company in processors would launch it with its own brand, therefore, everything has been left in confusion.
