Josep María Bartomeu, President of FC Barcelona, files a complaint against AuronPlay that ends up dismissed

The YouTuber Auronplay has been sued by Josep María Bartomeu, President of FC Barcelona, but the courts have dismissed him.

The last few years we have seen hundreds of complaints from Twitter users or YouTube content creators. It seems that in Spain there are no real crimes that are dedicated to persecuting comedians, tweeters or YouTubers. The last case that has been released is that of Auronplay. And it is that Josep María Bartomeu Floreta sued Auronplay in 2017.

This demand is given because Auronplay on Twitter made fun of Neymar's departure from FC Barcelona. That summer is remembered because after months of rumors, a photo of Pique baptized as "stays", Neymar went to the French PSG. Barça supporters charged the president, including Auronplay. A few tweets, which do not imply anything.

Specifically they highlight a tweet in which Auronplay calls Bartomeu, 'Nobita'. For quite a long time in networks the president of Barça has been compared to the character of the Doraemon series. The tweets are among the most decaffeinated that can be seen on Twitter and, for sure, the most harmless that Bartomeu received on those dates.

It has rained a lot and possibly for legal reasons he will not have been able to say anything before, but let's go. I'm not a fan of Auronplay, but if we all go out and report on social media nonsense, justice has a problem. The best practice is to block and delete (if possible) the comments of people who have no life.

Well, the outcome is that at least there is someone with a head and the judge dismissed the criminal complaint. Come on, there has not been and will not be a trial. Only the fact that it is sued for this type of tweet is crazy, just like for jokes, even if they are in bad taste. The truth is that the video is not wasteful and I repeat, I do not follow him or see his videos, but I have seen this.
