Correos will stop delivering packages from digital stores during the alarm state

Correos indicates that the delivery of packages has increased by 12.5% ​​over forecast and warehouses and logistics centers have been saturated. To correct the problem, the shipments to be made these days have been limited. While the alarm state lasts, the post office will only distribute letters, postcards of up to 2Kg and packages of up to 20Kg within the so-called Blue Package.

The companies that have contracted with Correos shipments through Blue package may continue to process their shipments. But if the transport of packages from online commerce is going to be affected.

So the companies that operate under the Blue Mail Package, widely used to send to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or from these points. Correos has wanted to make it clear that they will maintain the universal service in which online stores have not been included.
