Tesla informs workers that if they continue to leak information they will be sued and fired

Circular mail to Tesla employees reports that if they continue to leak confidential information, they will be sued and fired.

One of the biggest problems for large companies is leaks of confidential information. The fact that data that should not be disclosed or sensitive information reaches the competition can be a problem. Big companies spend a lot of money to protect their secrets. No one is spared from the leaks, not even Tesla, the largest electric car company. To end the root problem, Elon Musk or someone from the company has sent an email to all the workers. In this they are warned that any publication or leak of confidential information will have serious consequences.

Musk warns that any new leak will have serious consequences

We know the content of the email because some company worker has leaked it to CNBC. We can find quite clear and forceful warnings in this. It can be read in this that "Tesla will take legal action against those who leak business information or who violate the confidentiality obligations to which we have all agreed." Should a worker leak information, he or she "will face various consequences, including termination of employment, and lawsuits for damages or even criminal charges."

This email refers to an incident that occurred last January: "an employee was identified after competing confidential information on Twitter, including internal production numbers, with some journalists."

A fairly clear email from the company, which has grown tired of leaks that do not come from Musk. Who by the way has also gotten into some trouble for talking more than he should on his Twitter account. So much so that even a judge imposed that his Twitter account be intervened. Something that apparently has not happened yet, because the sentence was appealed.
