No one knows if Threads will arrive in the EU anytime soon, but a Meta spokesperson told Bloomberg that they were "preparing to roll out the new app in more than 100 countries ." These could include European Union countries, and therefore they might be offering a customized version. Threads, designed to compete with Twitter, is expected to launch in the US and UK app stores on Thursday.
