The iPhone 8 appears on Geekbench with spectacular scores above the competition

The future model of the Cupertino company, the iPhone 8, has appeared by the benchmarking software Geekbench 4.0 and has left a score that will not leave any user without an expression of surprise. Far above its main competitors, the result obtained in the mononucleus test was 4537, destroying the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S8, which also reached an unexpectedly high score, in this case not for the better, we are talking about the disappointing number of 1945 points.

If we go to the section where Apple does not usually give as much size, that is, the multi-core performance, we do not find a figure as surprisingly powerful as the previous one but we do have quite a substantial performance if we compare it with its predecessor, the Iphone 7, specifically 58% more, giving rise to 8975 in result for the performance of all nuclei. Compared to the Samsung Galaxy S8, Californians once again take the lead with a 41% superiority, 6338 points for Koreans in this section.

The synthetic benchmarks are very good and everything you want but what matters is the real performance and unfortunately it is something that for now we do not know. For now some data that we can know more apart from those mentioned is that the screen will have a resolution of 2800x 1242 pixels, with a format of 20,2: 9 or 2,25: 1, quite out of the ordinary. The processor it uses in theory is the Apple A11 with four cores working at 2,74 GHz.

  1. I ... sincere comment, without being anti or pro, fanboy or hater at all. I was given an iPod many birthdays ago. I don't remember the model. Well yes, google is your friend. A mini. Like design, sound and performance ... simply brutal. As uncomfortable when it comes to having to manage any content through iTunes ... simply brutal (note the irony in this last point). I will not say that I have never bought a high-end Smartphone. But after my experience with iTunes, I decided that Apple was not for me.
