KFA2 announces the KFA2 GTX 1070 Katana graphics card, a compact graphics card that only occupies one slot, but does not involve a temperature increase.
New versions of NVIDIA graphics cards are appearing, in this case we are talking about a customized version of the GTX 1070. The solution in this case comes from the hand of Galax, which here in Spain (and Europe) is known as KFA2, which has customized the GTX 1070, making it slimmer. Specifically, the KFA2 GTX 1070 Katana is a complete GTX 1070 graphics card, but it has a heatsink that only occupies one slot, therefore, it becomes an ideal graphics card for those who want a compact computer.
This has been achieved through a more compact and equally efficient heatsink, which is based on a steam chamber system in a mono-block system with a series of fine fins through which all the air generated by the turbine-type fan passes, the same fan design used in the Founders Edition heatsink. The steam chamber block is quite simple, allowing a fast and efficient transfer of heat from the GPU to the block, achieving efficient dissipation and keeping the temperature of the graphics card low.
Regarding the characteristics, this graphics card maintains the usual characteristics of the rest of the NVIDIA GTX 1070 graphics cards, but the frequencies change slightly, since this graphics card has a base frequency of 1518MHz and a Boost frequency of 1708MHz, which is a bit more often than the serial version. Neither the release date nor the price of this graphics card have been revealed. What is certain is that for those who want a very compact computer, they will find an excellent solution in this graphics card.
