NZXT's Noctis 450 teams up with Republic of Gamers

NZXT today announces the Noctis 450 RoG, a special edition box geared toward PC gamers. This ATX mid-tower is RoG certified, features a unique Gun Gray finish, and includes RGB Aura Sync lighting technology.

“The original Noctis 450 was NZXT's return to bold design. Joining forces with Republic of Gamers (RoG) to develop products for high-end gaming systems, we thought it was the custom box to create a Special Edition. With exclusive aesthetics, RoG certification and Aura Sync support, as an exponent of other features, the Noctis 450 RoG is focused on users looking to build powerful PC mounts to take advantage of the entire Republic of Gamers ecosystem. " says Johnny Hou, founder and CEO of NZXT.

“The Republic of Gamers (RoG) initiative ensures that you will have the best gaming experience, every time. So we work closely with trusted like-minded companies to verify, test and certify products that fit perfectly with RoG motherboards. RoG certification is based on extensive testing and validation by our engineers, with only the best of the best becoming 'RoG Certified'. We are excited to launch the Noctis 450 RoG together with NZXT, as both teams share the same desire to make PC gaming the ultimate quality experience. " says Kris Huang, Director of ASUS.

Noctis 450 ROG Key Features:

  • RoG certification guarantees compatibility and premium quality
  • The Aura Sync enables simple yet sophisticated lighting effects synchronization via Aura certified motherboards. This manages the power LED on the box, the lighting under the surface, the compartment for the PSU and 2 internal LED strips
  • Exclusive Gun Gray finish

The result of the rigorous tests of the RoG certification assumes quality and compatibility beyond any doubt. The Noctis 450 RoG is Aura Sync compatible to allow synchronized lighting effects, with no less than 9 different modes, by connecting the case with Aura certified motherboards via a dedicated connector. This turns on two internal LED strips, the case power LED, the under-surface lighting, and the PSU bay. For motherboards that are not certified for Aura, a 4-pin adapter is included, thereby allowing all internal and external red LEDs to light up.

Striking design inside and out

With its graceful curves and sophisticated design, the Noctis 450 will beautify any PC gaming setup. It is a chassis intended to house all the hardware that an enthusiastic PC gamer may need, including support for various graphics cards and SSD drives.

Cooling ready for long battles

The massive ventilation surface of the Noctis 450 RoG, with a fully filtered front, air intakes for the PSU and four built-in fans, allows for the total cooling that many gaming systems demand. The front and top panels include mounting points for radiators up to 360mm, ready for push-pull configurations, and support the latest Kraken all-in-one liquid coolers.

Effortless cable management

With 80% more cabling space than competing mid-tower enclosures, the Noctis 450 RoG ensures hassle-free mounting, allowing users to become experts in elegantly organizing their cabling, thereby transforming the world of PC mounting in an enjoyable and easy experience for anyone.

 Noise control

An integrated 8-port PWM hub converts motherboard PWM signals into voltage regulation for the Noctis 450 RoG's fans, keeping the system cool and quiet at low load.
