The Social Network Twitter launches a special Bitcoin emoji

The creation of a Bitcoin Emoji on Twitter has raised social media awareness of the largest cryptocurrency. The CEO of social media, Jack Dorsey, and other influential members of the community also share the trend # Bitcoin that has finally transcended the online space. Earlier today, the popular social media platform Twitter introduced a new Bitcoin emoji.

Naturally, the entire crypto community reacted with over-excitement by sharing the unique new hashtag #Bitcoin. Many prominent crypto influencers quickly joined the Twitter #Bitcoin trending party. Some of those names include the Founder and CEO of TRON, Justin Sun, the CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao and famous Bitcoin advocate – Anthony “Pomp” Popliano.

Bitcoin Emoji inspires Bitcoin Hashtag

Some others even involved more significant consequences that may flow from this apparent adoption. In his opinion, this trend could trigger a massive market for Bitcoin Bull. In fact, receiving your own emoji on a widely used social media platform is a positive step in gaining more awareness.

Interestingly, Twitter tends to charge at brands and corporations more than $1 million for creating unique emoji like Bitcoin, or a “hashtag“, as Twitter’s official terminology for such an emoji. Perhaps because there is no parent company or anyone to cover such a fee, Bitcoin earned it for free.

Twitter embraces Bitcoin

The CEO's love could also explain this. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey was also proud of share emoji. Furthermore, he has changed his own Twitter profile description to “#bitcoin,” which could also be considered as a significant endorsement for the largest cryptocurrency. This was not the first time Dorsey has embraced Bitcoin and its technology, as he is known to be a cryptocurrency enthusiast.

Twitter could be the most favorable social media giant platform in terms of Bitcoin and digital assets. On the other hand, there is the video-sharing platform owned by Google YouTube, which recently removed content related to cryptocurrency and blocked some influencers. In 2018, its parent company and Facebook issued bans on crypto sector ads.
