Reddit user has discovered that NVIDIA has supported G-Sync technology in the NVIDIA GT 1030 and has tested it, this technology working perfectly.
Some time ago NVIDIA released the NVIDIA GT 1030, a graphics card specially designed for systems with processors that do not have very entry-level graphics and gaming equipment, for users who want to play at 720p resolutions in the mid-range. This is the simplest graphics card is based on Pascal silicon and among others it lacks support for some important technologies of its older sisters, among them, the well-known G-Sync. This has been corrected by the company, implementing support for this interesting technology.
Basically, the GT 1030 has been launched on the market, for users who want extra graphic power, beyond that offered by the graphics integrated in the processor and do not want or have no budget for larger solutions. This graphics card responds to this intrinsic need on the part of the public and among the cuts, there is the absence of some outstanding characteristics, which are present in the older sisters.
Compatibility has not been announced by NVIDIA, discovered by Reddit user, 'wantkitteh', who has seen that the GT 1030 now has the ability to make use of G-Sync technology, after the most recent driver update. This user has the Acer Predator XB272 monitor and through the OSD panel, has been able to corroborate that, indeed, the G-Sync technology was working perfectly.
Undoubtedly, this is excellent news for users who do not want or can afford higher-priced solutions and who want to enjoy much of the company's excellent technologies and solutions. It is undoubtedly an interesting step on the part of the company, which is sure to delight many casual gamers.
