The AMD RX 500X are now official, intended only for laptops and OEM equipment, with zero improvements

Finally, the AMD RX 500X Series will not be graphics cards for the gaming market, they are simply renowned graphics for the OEM laptop and computer market.

For days there has been talk and rumors about the new graphics cards that AMD would be developing, which would be the AMD RX 500X Series, new graphics cards, which have not finally been developed for the general market. These graphics have been created for OEMs and notebook PC manufacturers, with the intention of offering refreshed and more optimized solutions. In the end they are not a rehash, they are nothing more than the modification of the name of the graphs and period, there is no more news.

So every model of gaming graphics card that can be found on the market will have its equivalent in a portable version. There are four novelties or four new models. The Radeon RX 540X appears, the Radeon 550X 10CU and 8CU appear and also the Radeon 540. They are very trimmed versions of Polaris 11, ranging between eight and ten Compute Units. It should be noted that there are several models of RX 550X and RX 540X, which depend on the memory bus and ROPs.
