Lenovo Yoga 530, the convertible laptop that integrates with Amazon Alexa

Introduced the new Lenovo Yoga 530, the company's new convertible, which has been seen at MWC 2018 and which, among other things, offers connectivity with Amazon Alexa.

Portable computers have long ceased to be simple portable computers, to become multipurpose and multifunctional solutions, which allow us endless possibilities. Lenovo is aware of this and is one of the most innovative in this field, providing connectivity and additional solutions for all types of users. During the MWC they have unveiled a new laptop, the Yoga 530 and incidentally they have also shown the Yoga 730, which was already announced a few weeks ago.

The Lenovo Yoga 530 is more than just a laptop, it is a two-in-one convertible, which is based on a 14-inch IPS panel, which has touch technology and a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The weight of this equipment is another of the interesting characteristics and it is that it weighs only 1.6Kg (that days those in which seeing a laptop of less than 2Kg was news and an achievement). Also noteworthy is the starting price of the laptop, which starts at € 549, with fairly basic features, but with an excellent quality / price ratio.

Regarding the characteristics, the maximum integrated processor is an 7th Generation Core i8 (the basic processor has not been specified), it will be accompanied by 4GB / 8GB / 16GB of DDR4 RAM, depending on the model, internal storage of 128GB / 256GB / 512GB of solid state with NVMe technology, which offers us great operating speeds.

Connectivity is another important point in these devices. This has two USB 3.0 ports, a USB 3.1 Type-C port, an SD card reader, audio input and output via 3.5mm jack, HDMI video output and 802.11ac WiFi connectivity and Bluetooth 4.1. Regarding autonomy, it has a battery of ten hours of autonomy and offers us integration with Amazon Alexa.
