AMD will launch next April 11 the AMD Ryzen 5 processors, which are directly designed for gaming and 1080p resolutions

AMD Ryzen processors are coming to the market little by little. So far, three AMD Ryzen 7 processors have already reached the market and now the AMD Ryzen 5 1600X, 1600, 1500X and 1400 processors will arrive. The average range of processors for gaming will be between $ 249 and $ 169, which will change to between € 50-100 more per processor. The Ryzen 5 1600X and 1600 will have six cores and a dozen threads, while the Ryzen 5 1500X and 1400X will have four cores and eight threads.

These new Ryzen 5 processors, as with the Ryzen 7, have full overclocking capacity, which will depend on the chipset of the motherboard. All Ryzen have the XFR, which in this case is an improvement of a few MHz in the form of peaks, not as in principle this technology should have worked, allowing more frequency beyond Boost mode according to the heatsink and the temperature of the processor. As is happening right now, processors with the letter 'X' will have a higher XFR frequency.

It stands out that the majority of gamers opt for gaming with 1080p resolutions and intensive work is being done so that the Ryzen 5 work perfectly with these resolutions. AMD has told its partners: 'We are delighted to let you know that we have an incredibly strong roadmap and our upcoming AMD Ryzen 5 processors are focused on 1080p gaming. The best is yet to come.'

AMD Ryzen 5 will debut in principle on April 11, a few days before the information we were handling. The mid-range of processors is already around the corner, although it is possible that motherboard supply problems may arrive and continue or perhaps these problems will be corrected by then, since there is still a month to go.
