The arrival of the first monitors with 4K resolution would be anticipated, along with NVIDI G-Sync technology and HDR technology, aimed at the most demanding gamers.

A few days ago we echoed the delay of monitors with 4K resolution, G-Sync and HDR, due to the difficulty of developing panels that are optimal for these technologies and the final implementation of them. Although the monitor is not usually the thing that is most changed, next April a new generation of monitors will arrive, which offer special characteristics in terms of image quality, resolution and technology for synchronizing the framerate of the graphics card with the monitor itself.

It seems that at the end in April, a new generation of high-end gaming monitors will hit the market, which will be characterized by supporting native 4K resolutions of 3840 × 2160 pixels with a refresh rate of 144Hz. These panels will be combined with NVIDIA G-Sync technologies and true HDR technology, which offers great image clarity and unprecedented visual quality, offering more realistic colors in games, something very to take into account, especially for the great lovers of video games.

We must remember that when the delay was announced for the end of the year, they were already behind schedule, since these monitors should have arrived during the last half of 2017, but the requirements and manufacturing problems have prevented it. So far we only know of two solutions that will implement all these features, such as the Do Predator X27 and the ASUS RoG Swift PG27UQ. Both will be 27 inches and will be manufactured by AU Optronics and will also have Quantum Dot technology implemented.

We do not know anything about the price of these new top-of-the-range monitors, but of course, they will be far from the pockets of the average gamer, with prices possibly equal to or higher than € 500.
