Microsoft wants us to pay more for Windows 10, the better our hardware is

The last absurd idea from Microsoft is that we pay for a Windows 10 license, depending on the equipment we have, paying more, when our hardware is better.

Windows licenses are not precisely given away, although it is true that Windows 10 can be installed without the need for a license, but it has some limitations. Now it seems that Microsoft intends to make some price changes for this software. The idea would be to charge more to the higher-end teams. It seems that Microsoft does not earn enough and wants to raise prices, but only for equipment that has higher-end components.

This decision, logically, is not liking anything to users and not to manufacturers, who will also be harmed by this measure. It is not exactly the best time for these measures, since the price of RAM, SSDs and graphics cards have risen and it seems an insult to users, who always end up being the ones harmed by illogical measures.

Microsoft, in its policy of total transparency, has not made any kind of statement regarding the price increase. Microsoft's price speculation comes at a bad time, especially since the RAM is even more through the roof than normal. Right now, nothing in particular is known and Microsoft needs more information about it, but this measure will not come into effect until the third quarter of this year.

It does not seem a precisely rational measure, which would only harm users and which is discriminatory. Why does a user who wants a GTX 1080 Ti have to pay more for a Windows license than one who acquires a GTX 1060? What factors will depend on, the processor we buy, the amount of RAM, the type of motherboard or what?
