Miramar, the second map of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, will receive an update due to its low popularity

Despite being highly anticipated, Miramar is not a very popular map in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, so they have decided to update this map with new areas to arm.

Last year, the game that stood out the most in the video game industry was PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, which has stood out for being played by more than three million people simultaneously on Steam. The game has two maps, the classic Erangel, the first to arrive in the game and Miramar, the map that has arrived recently and is extremely arid. This map is not popular and has been updated by the developers.

Miramar is characterized by being an arid map and that it has few places to hide and the number of weapons is quite limited, that is why there are few users who bet on this map, preferring Erangel, a map in which it is easier to hide and has weapons ample. The developers of PUBG Corp, have decided to give Miramar a spin and update it, with the idea of improving the popularity of this map.

As usual, this update is not yet available to all players, it has first been made available to a small number of players on the test servers. Miramar will have new roads connecting new areas in the northern part. A lake will also be installed in the north area and it will be implemented in a new village called Alcántara, located in the northwest area.

New constructions have also been added to both maps, which have been optimized and which allow us to improve the performance of the game, mainly on PC. The speed at which the blue zone moves, the delay time and the damage of this zone have also been modified, in order to make things more interesting. We remember that a new 4x4Km map will arrive soon.
