Sharkoon Introduces 8 Channel RGB LED Dimmer, Plus Fan and LED Strips
With the current strong RGB trend, Sharkoon introduces the Pacelight RGB lighting set. The set offers the essentials for personalizing PC cases.
The centerpiece of the set is the Sharkoon Pacelight P1 RGB LED dimmer, which allows control of up to eight LED components in up to 16,8 million colors. Also, up to four fans (with three-pin motherboard connector) can be controlled via intuitive software. In addition to the dimmer, the set includes two 1mm Pacelight F120 RGB fans and two Pacelight S1 RGB LED light strips.
The Pacelight P1 RGB LED dimmer connects to the power supply via a SATA power cable and connected to the motherboard via a nine-pin USB connector. Up to eight LED components with 12V GRB connections and up to four fans (with three-pin connectors) can therefore be connected and dimmed. For in-box installation, the P1 has a protective silicone underlay with an adhesive surface. Alternatively, the regulator can be secured with cable ties using the provided slots.
The fans and the connected strips are regulated using the corresponding software. In this way, the LED components can be customized separately with the entire RGB spectrum, and also with the possibility of switching the lighting effects individually. In addition, the lighting can be set to automatic change according to the day of the week or the currently active program. It can also be set to dim at a particular time of day. Connected fans can be easily checked for compatibility and can be set to a full rpm range. Custom lighting can also be configured to indicate fan failure, should this occur.
The Pacelight F1 RGB fans have been specially created for the P1 and promise a maximum airflow of 93,22 m3 / h at 23 dB (A) and 1400 rpm. Six LEDs in the center provide illumination also at full speed. The Pacelight S1 RGB LED Strips each have 18 splash resistant 5050 RGB LEDs along a length of 360mm. Due to the flexibility and the width of only 10 mm, the strips can also find their space in tight places - either magnetically or through the use of the adhesive surface.
The Sharkoon Pacelight RGB lighting set - including the Pacelight P1 RGB LED dimmer, two Pacelight F1 RGB 120mm fans as well as two Pacelight S1 RGB LED strips - is now available at authorized retailers for a price of 69,90 euros. The Pacelight F1 RGB fan, as well as the Pacelight S1 RGB LED strip, both are also available from authorized retailers, each priced separately at 9,90 euros.
