Filtered images and some screenshots of a supposed Intel Core i7 8700K processor, as well as a benchmark of this processor in the CPU-Z, although in the latter, the processor data is not seen.
The quite imminent arrival on the market of the new Intel Coffee Lake processors is generating a lot of expectation, as they are the first Intel Core i7 processors with six cores and the first Intel Core i3 with four cores. The one that attracts the most attention is the Intel Core i7 8700K processor, which will have six cores and twelve processing threads and are Intel's solution to compete with the AMD Ryzen, which have done some damage to Intel.
Regarding these processors, an image of the interior area, specifically the connection pin area, has been filtered. Along with this image, an image of a BIOS has been leaked, where the i7 8700K processor and a working frequency of 3.7GHz would effectively be seen. Along with the BIOS image a strange image of the CPU-Z has been shown that seems manipulated and edited, at least in part, where a supposed twelve-thread processor is shown (it could perfectly be a Ryzen 5) and we say supposedly because the Processor name or other relevant data is not visible for verification.
This supposed Core i7 8700K processor in the CPU-Z would give a result of 2323 points in Single Thread and in Multi Thread it has scored 13980 points. In this case, as it arrives from China and the image seems slightly edited and no reference is seen. We must highlight that these processors will arrive with the new Intel 300 Series chipset and the most outstanding question is whether they will be compatible with the Intel 100 Series and Intel 200 Series chipsets, all because ASRock said that at the moment it did not have a BIOS update ready, but it is possible that there is backward compatibility.

Will there be the possibility of doing the same test with the Ryzen 5 to clear up doubts?
