One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 will have an original story in Wano

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 will tell a story apart from the manga and anime. Surely it is necessary to have come to start the arc of Wano.

For next year there will be a new One Piece game. The fourth part of his musou series known as One Piece Pirate Warriors 4. The last installment took place during the Dresrossa arc with an original story, and this time it will do so with the Wano country arc, in which both the anime and the manga.

In Wano, but with original story

That's right, to play the new One Piece game we will have to have reached very advanced in the manga and anime, practically up to date. That means if you've been curious about the franchise by watching the One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 trailer, you're going to have to watch 900 or 950 anime episodes, possibly turning to fan projects to remove the filler like One Pace, which restructures the anime by picking up the pace, or by reading all XNUMX chapters of the manga.

Why? Because the musou will have an original story in the country of Wano, which is the arc the series is currently in. Spoilers are assured for those who left it years ago as it requires us to be up to date. It won't be canonical and it will respect Eichiro Oda's guidelines, but at least it will give fans a good helping of One Piece.

This game arrives next year on all existing platforms. There is no release date, but it will probably come out in the summer. Characters? Knowing that the previous game reached Dresrossa and here they reach Wano, we expect characters like Big Mom, Oven and Katakuri, Kaido and other of the many characters that have entered the series these five years.
