3DMark Releases Time Spy Benchmark Update to Offer Official Vulkan API Support

3DMark updates the Futuremark benchmark suit, to add official support for the Vulkan API, on the same day that Khronos announces support for multi-graphics card configurations.

The latest v2.3.3663 update from Futuremark, 3DMark's popular benchmarking software, offers support for Vulkan as well as Mantle. This means that the Overhead API already makes use of Vulkan instead of just Mantle. This coincides in time with the announcement by Khronos of the support of multi-graphics card configurations in the Vulkan API, which is great news for all users, to which we add this software, which will allow us to know the graphic performance on this API.

All those who want to update the 3DMark Futuremark together with the TimeSpy, can download it from the official website through the following link. We assume that shortly the first benchmarks of the best graphics cards on the market will appear under this utility and comparisons will be made between DirectX 11, DirectX 12 and Vulkan.
