Love Hina manga is complete on Youtube through an experiment to publish manga on the platform

You can practically read all of Love Hina for free on Youtube. It is an experiment that Manga Library Z is testing to bring manga to the whole world through the video platform.

The Japanese manga sector is constantly changing because they want to take their works more directly to the rest of the world. In Japan, the sale of physical manga is still strong but in the rest of the world they have to depend on third-party companies and want to search alternatives.

Love Hina, Ken Akamatsu's romantic classic can be read on YouTube

Now it seems that YouTube can be a way to get manga to the rest of the world. And not through videos presented on why we should read a series, but turning the pages into a video with some music. And to make it much more accessible to everyone, they take advantage of the subtitles and their automatic translation so that the manga is available in many languages.

This is what the Manga Library Z channel is doing, which includes various romantic works on its channel. Its most recent inclusion is Ken Akamatsu's Love Hina, considered by many to be a classic of the romantic comedy genre. It is complete and free on YouTube, from the first episode to the last, if those who want to read it agree to read subtitles generated by automatic translation.

It is an interesting way to bring manga to the YouTube audience, but it is surprising that in the Japanese language the reading is much faster due to its writing method based on ideograms compared to the western one. It would not be the most comfortable experience but it is a free and legal option. It is not strange that the authors and producers themselves decide to put their manga on the internet for free to try to combat scans. Shueisha is betting on its Mangaplus website where we can read several issues of its series such as One Piece, Black Clover or My Hero Academia for free.
