Honor prepares its own Smart TV with camera

Honor, Huawei brand, enters the world of television with its own Smart TV. Its announcement is expected on August 10 and the integration of a retractable camera.

Honor is being one of Huawei's most important brands by offering a more current image to sell mobile phones to the youngest. The success is so great that it would be a bad economic decision to stay and only sell mobile phones with a low profit range, so it is time to enter other sectors, which seems to be smart televisions, a sector with more profit margin per product.

According to an XDA Developers forero, Honor has announced its smart TV, which will be shown at the Huawei Developer Conference, a presentation of services for partners that will be held on August 10. The announcement is somewhat concise, but it makes clear the company's intentions to sell a new line of products that further increases its profits.

A camera on the TV

What has attracted the most attention, apart from the few details that have been given, is that we find an image of a camera coming out of the television. This aims to be a retractable camera, making the Honor TV one of the few with a built-in camera. There are those who go a little more with lead feet and assure that it is simply a sensor to make commands with Kinect-style gestures, but it would not make much sense for it to be hidden, which makes us think that it is directly a camera.

Why would anyone want a camera on television? What could interest us the most would be video calls, making this television interesting in business conference rooms and curious for families who make video calls in the lounge. Some should exist although it is not something that is going to be used every day if it is not in a company.
