The Unity graphics engine offers native support for Nintendo Switch in its latest update

Unity in its latest update, natively offers support for the Nintendo Switch, which will allow independent developers to work on titles for this console more easily.

The Unity graphics engine in the latest update now supports the Nintendo Switch console natively. The Unity 5.6 update allows this graphics engine to natively support the Nintendo console. This graphics engine has been used, among others, to develop the titles Super Bomberman R and Snippercliops. These two games already use Unity, but now it can be used by all independent developers who want to develop console games in an easier way. Unity is a very powerful and widely used graphics engine, due to its great versatility and that it has support on multiple platforms. Nintendo has used Unity to develop Super Mario Run and Pokémon Go.
