QNAP® Systems, Inc. has introduced the TS-253E NAS, a 2-bay model, and the TS-453E, a 4-bay model. This TS-x53E series comes equipped with a quad-core Intel Celeron J6412 processor with speeds up to 2,6 GHz and will be supported by QNAP until 2029.
The TS-x53E series is presented as the solution for managed service providers, systems integrators, and other IT-related businesses that need NAS models for long-term projects.
A long-term NAS series for dedicated service businesses
QNAP TS-x53E NAS series includes 8GB of non-expandable RAM, dual 2,5GbE connectivity, and two PCIe M.2 2280 slots, enabling file servers, backup servers, and other essential applications. Its two HDMI outputs also offer the possibility of robust surveillance monitoring and direct multimedia playback on more than one screen.
By establishing a port trunk link with two 2,5 GbE ports, businesses will be able to have up to 5 Gbps bandwidth for better performance and multi-user service. NVMe SSDs can be installed in the PCIe M.2 slots and thereby enable the SSD cache to improve the overall performance of the NAS; o Qtier, QNAP's auto-tiering technology that helps optimize storage efficiency at all times.
This new TS-x53E series comes with the latest version of the QTS operating system . The system includes many enterprise NAS applications while ensuring the security of NAS data.
