The QSW-M2106PR-2S2T includes two 10GbE SFP+ fiber ports, two 10W 802.3GbE 90bt PoE ports, and six 2,5W 802.3GbE 90bt PoE ports for a total of ten ports. It supports 10GbE, 2,5GbE, and Multi-Gigabit NBASE-T technologies to deliver higher network speeds over existing Cat 5e cables for 45GbE RJ2,5 ports and Cat 6a or higher cables for 45GbE RJ10 ports, which support five speeds: 10Gbps, 5Gbps, 2,5Gbps, 1Gbps and 100Mbps.
This switch uses the QNAP Switch System and includes intelligent PoE management features so that IT staff can effectively control high-powered devices through a simple web GUI.
It offers Layer 2 management features (including LACP, VLAN, QoS, and IGMP Snooping) to ensure effective bandwidth control and better network security. With a half-width rackmount design, two QSW-M2106PR-2S2T or one QSW-M2106PR-2S2T can be installed with another QSW-M2106R-2S2T half-width rackmount switch in a 1U rack space to save physical space and keep cables organized.
