The Next NX1 electric motorcycle, created in Juan Roig's incubator, will soon hit stores. It is an economic model designed for the city that can be obtained for less than € 250.

Little by little, more and more electric vehicles designed mainly for urban use are becoming popular, specifically the electric motorcycle. Cities are one of the biggest sources of pollution, with the private vehicle being its main cause in cities like Madrid and Barcelona. Electric motorcycles offer a competent alternative to the car, although public transport is more effective in reducing pollution and traffic, but motorcycles are the alternative for those who want autonomy that covers the entire city.

This is how Next NX1 was born, an electric motorcycle for those who are going to limit themselves to an urban environment. It shows it with its design, designed for mobility in the city, with a power similar to a 49cc motorcycle. Its autonomy is somewhat limited, with a range of up to 65 kilometers and a maximum speed of 50 kilometers per hour. It is not intended for the highway, but for most streets in a city it is more than perfect.

An electric motorcycle with removable and interchangeable battery

The Next NX1 sells somewhat weak compared to other Chinese motorcycles that are beginning to be distributed in Spain, Next wants its motorcycle to be easily bought on the Internet, with a single model taking advantage of its interchangeable battery.

Its 20Ah battery can be exchanged and replacement batteries will be sold, designed to be charged at home through a normal 230V outlet.
