Audio-Technica Announces AT2040USB Broadcast Microphone

Inspired by the professional BP40 microphone, this new AT2040USB microphone from Audio-Technica features a dynamic design for quality voice capture and added USB functionality.

Featuring a natural frequency response with rich, powerful bass and clear studio sound, this dynamic microphone has a highly directional hypercardioid pickup pattern that helps eliminate typical ambient noise. This helps in environments that have constant sounds such as computer ventilation.

With a more focused pickup angle than a cardioid design, the AT2040USB provides ideal, centered vocal pickup. It is presented as an ideal microphone for creators, and for gamers who broadcast live, or simply chat with their friends by voice chat. In addition, the robust metal body of the microphone It has an integrated anti-vibration mount to minimize noise and unwanted vibrations.
